"Shannon is one of the hardest working professional real estate agents I know. We went through a couple agents over the years; even brokers, but Shannon was the best. She drives around neighborhoods and just looks at homes(whether they are for sale or not) then goes back to her office and researches that neighborhood to be proactive with not only her current clients but also future clients as well. She listens let me repeat that she LISTENS to her customers. Not all realtors do that. I am all about the monetary aspect of the real estate business not about being nice in business and if she could work with me she can work for you. She is a go getter. There is nobody I would use before….NOBODY! She does stop working after the sale either we still hear from her. The best in the area hands down!"

"Our experience with Shannon was phenomenal! She attended all meetings with us and the inspector and builder. Shannon was very hands on and followed up promptly of anything we asked, and she regularly checked in with the builder throughout the whole process. She encouraged us to negotiate on pricing that one wouldn't think the builder would consider and it worked! We got an excellent price for our new home, including custom features. She has a great personality and we will highly recommend Shannon to family and friends. She gives great service."

"Shannon is an awesome realtor!! We found our forever home and closed in 25 days; she made sure that everything was done to ensure a smooth transaction and stayed on the seller's agent to make sure they were doing their part to ensure we closed on the date scheduled. This purchase experience was a great one and I would highly recommend her whether you are purchasing or selling; she will find you the home that's right for you and make sure you get to the closing table. A friend recommended her and I'm glad she did because we ended up purchasing sooner than we had planned and she got us closed on time!"

"If you want a realtor who works hard, will stand by you 100%, will not back down, will fight for you, will get you the best deal possible and give you the best advice which leads you down the right path to what you want this is the realtor. You are going to want you want Shannon Willet. This amazing woman helped us and been there for us the entire time. All the way from the beginning when we first wanted to get a rental in 2012 to now when we actually bought our first home. She stood by us when we had a lender try to pull a fast one over our eyes. She fought with us. Even our times of stress are times she was there every step of the way supporting us even through everything our times when we yelled and cried and the times we were happy and excited she was there telling us do not give up we got this and she was right. She gave us hope. Shannon doesn't treat you like a number she doesn't treat you like another client she treats you like you're her family. She's probably one of the most honest person we've ever know and I will refer her to anybody looking for a house wanting to sell a house looking for a rental anything this is your girl you're going to want her on your side."
